Terms & Conditions
- Master numbers who subscribe to the service can be mobile number of both postpaid 1800 system and prepaid 1800 system.
- Master numbers can refill to only mobile number of prepaid 1800 system.
- The first mobile number who registers to the service will be assigned to be master number of the credit card who can refill money, change the master number or cancel to the service.
- Before refilling to other mobile numbers, the master numbers have to register the service via SMS for the other numbers, maximum at 5 other numbers.
- The master numbers can refill maximum at 800Baht/time, 3 times/day, 1,500 Baht/day (included refill to both master number and other numbers)
- In case of Citibank credit card changing such as lost card or card renewal replaced expired one or the customers cancel to the service, all promotion will be terminated.
- The customers will not be allowed to use the service if their credit limits are full.
- Free airtime cannot be transferred to other prepaid number or exchanged or redeemed to cash.
- The free minutes cannot be changed and transferred to others.
- Citibank reserves the right to cancel the subscription as following;
a. There is no activity within 60 days from subscription date.
b. The customer does not refill within 60 days from the last activity.
- The Service Providers (Citibank and Total Access Communication PLC.) reserve the right to cancel and amend the service as deem appropriate. In the event of cancellation or amendments, the customer shall receive prior notification.

- Service Registration, Changing Master Number, Service Cancellation: Free of Charge
- Refill money to your own mobile number: Free of Charge
- Refill money to other numbers: 3 Baht/Time (excluded VAT)
