CITI FACEBOOK TERMS

As used in these Citi Facebook Terms (the �Terms�) �we,� �us,� and �our� refer collectively to Citibank N.A., Bangkok Branch (�Citi�). The word �you� refers to you individually, and to your company if you are using the Page on behalf of your company.

Citi�s Facebook page (the �Page�) is presented by Citibank N.A., Bangkok Branch (�Citi�). By using the Page, you agree to be bound by these terms as well as all other applicable policies posted by Citi and Facebook. Citi may in its discretion post user content guidelines, which, if posted, would also be applicable to your use of the Page.
Never disclose account or other financial information through Facebook. Citi will never ask for your account information, social security number, or any other sensitive information from you through Facebook. Your disclosures and posting on Facebook including our Page are subject to Facebook�s control, terms of use and disclosures including data use and privacy. Citi is not responsible for Facebook�s actions, omission, terms, privacy and security policies.

Citi will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your use of the Page or your failure to comply with these Terms or any other applicable policies or procedures.

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Citi, and its officers, employees and agents, from any and all losses, injuries, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from claims made by any third party due to or arising out of your acts or omissions, including claims arising out of your use of the Page, your submissions, postings, or transmission on the Page, your violation of any policies or rules governing the Page, or your violation of any rights of another.

Neither Citi nor its service providers shall be considered an agent or other legal representative of yours for any purpose by reason of these rules. Citi does not and cannot control the actions of Page users, visitors or linked third parties. We reserve the right to report any malfeasance that comes to our attention to the appropriate authorities.

7. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Page in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us. If Citi believes, becomes aware that any of any data, content, or information posted by you on the Page (�User Content�) infringes the copyright of a third party or if Citi is of the view in its sole discretion that any of your User Content is inappropriate or is non-compliant with these Terms, applicable policies posted by Citi and Facebook or applicable rules, regulations or laws, any or all your User Content will be removed, and Citi reserves the right to take whatever other actions it deems necessary, without any liability to you.

8. OTHER AGREEMENTS
These Terms are in addition to and do not nullify any other agreement(s) between you and Citi, including but not limited to, any agreement regarding your use of Citi�s other websites. Termination or modification of these Terms will not affect, or result in the termination or modification of, any such other agreements.

9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.

10. GOVERNING LAW
Your relationship with Citi with respect to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, it is nevertheless agreed that the court should endeavor to give effect to the intentions of the drafters as reflected in the applicable provision, and other provisions remain in full force and effect.

Information on the page regarding services and products is applicable only in jurisdictions where such services and products may lawfully be offered for sale and is void where prohibited by law. If you access the Page from outside of Thailand, you are responsible for compliance with local, national, and international laws. Not all products and services that you may be interested in are available to you within your jurisdiction or area of residence.

11. CHANGES
We may add features and functionality to the Page. Because of these changes, changes in the law, or changes in technology, we may need to revise these Terms or other policies from time to time.
