Citibank reserves the right not to reward credit card transactions incurred from spending on cash advance, mutual fund, unit-linked products, land transfer fee, utility (electricity and water) as well as spending at gas stations, Makro, payment transactions via Citibank Online and cancellation of goods and services (domestically and internationally) or any type of tax refund, annual fee, interest and fees.
Spending above THB 100,000 per billing cycle at Hypermarket & Supermarket are not eligible to earn Citi Rewards Points. For spending THB 0-100,000, earn 2 Citi Rewards Points from every THB 25 spent as normal.
Types of spending transaction eligible for Citi Rewards Points exclude Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Click for Cash/Call for Cash, spending at Makro, spending at gasoline stations, Mutual Fund, LTF, RMF, Utility (water & electricity), amount of the bill payment service via Citibank Online, annual fee, interest and other fees. The bank has the right to deduct reward points if the customer is awarded a tax refund, or cancel any purchasing products or services ordered, either Domestic or International.
Rewards reversal will be applied in the statement cycle when reversal transaction is posted which may differ from the statement cycle of corresponding purchase transaction. Accelerated/bonus reward points will be awarded only if cumulative value of new purchase transactions in the respective spend category is higher than the value of transactions reversed.
Priority PassTM card will be delivered within 45 days after your Citi Prestige credit card gets approved.

As a result of the cancellation of the card, card member hereby acknowledge that the annual fee refund is pro-rate according to non-utilization period of service covered by the card.
