Additionally, payments and transfers features are now also conveniently placed throughout the Citi Mobile® app. You can also make your Citibank Debit Mastercard® smart and switch between currencies automatically. By enrolling, you can automatically pay in the foreign currency of your transaction.

If my cards are locked, will my recurring bill payments be affected? For example, the auto-debiting of my Citi Credit Card/Ready Credit Account for monthly phone bills.
Monthly recurring bills will continue to be charged to your locked Citi Credit Card/Ready Credit account.
After successfully activating my card, can I use it immediately?
Yes, you will be able to use your card immediately. You will receive a confirmation SMS/email upon the successful completion of the card activation steps.
If my card is locked, can I pay outstanding bills on my Citi Credit Card/Ready Credit Account?
Yes, you will still be able to do so.
If my Citi Credit Card is locked, will I still be able to log in to Citibank Online? What online functions can I still access if my card is de-activated?
Yes, you will still be able to log in to Citibank Online. You may access all available functions except for Payment/Transfers.
What are Overseas Transactions?
They are any of the following:
1. Overseas ATM cash withdrawals using a Citibank Debit Card,
2. Overseas ATM cash withdrawals and Overseas Point of Sale Transactions using a Citibank Debit Card and,
3. Overseas ATM Cash withdrawals and Overseas Point of Sale Transactions on magnetic stripe terminals using a Citi Credit Card or Ready Credit Card.
How to become new online users?
It's simply and quick to set up your Username and Password on Citi Mobile® App, will also give you access to Citibank Online.
1.Tap 'New? Create a login account' on Home screen
2.Enter card number, personal details and One-Time PIN (OTP)
3.Create User ID and Password.
4.Set up ATM PIN or click 'Skip' to complete the registration process
How to recover your UserID/Password?
If you've forgotten your Username or Password, simply reset it from 'Forget?' link on Home screen, then enter personal details and follow instructions.
How to Activate your Debit card/Citi credit card?
First time user? Activate your card instantly with the following steps.
1.Tap 'Activate Card' on home screen
2.Enter Debit card/Credit card number, ATM PIN for Debit card / personal details for credit card and OTP received via SMS
3.Set ATM PIN for your credit card
4.Create User ID & Password
5.Your card is immediately ACTIVE and ready to use
For existing Citi Mobile users, activate your card with the following steps.
1.Login with User ID/Password
2.Select Activate Card on the first page, then follow on all instructions.
How long will it take for my new ATM PIN to take effect?
The new ATM PIN will take effect immediately and your old ATM PIN will be discarded.
How many times can I reset my ATM PIN?
You can reset your ATM PIN as many times as you want.
What will happen to my old ATM PIN?
The old ATM PIN will be removed from the system and your new ATM PIN will replace it with immediate effect.
Which Citi cards will be sent in a de-activated status?
All Citi cards (including Credit, Debit, Ready Credit Card) mailed via post will be sent in a de-activated status. This includes new cards that you apply for, as well as replacement and renewal cards.
Can I use my credit or debit card at merchants without activating it?
No, your transaction will be declined. This includes online transactions made over the internet.
Can I use my credit or debit card to withdraw cash at the ATM without activating it?
No, your cash withdrawal request will be declined.
How long will it take for my card to be activated?
Your card will be activated instantly and can be used at merchant for your transaction and cash withdrawals at our ATMs.
Can I unlock my card after it is locked?
Yes. You can unlock your card after it is locked.
Can I perform online transactions using my locked card?
No, you cannot perform online transaction using your locked card.
Can I make a transaction or withdraw cash using my locked card?
No, your transaction or withdrawal request will be declined.
How long will it take for my card to be locked or unlocked?
You card will be locked and unlocked instantly.
How long does it take for my new address, phone number and email address to be effective?
The changes are reflected immediately in our banking records.All communications will be sent to the new mailing address from the next business day.
Will the mailing address, phone number and email address be changed for both my credit card and banking statements?
Your new contact details will apply to:
All Citibank Checking and Savings account, Ready Credit and Investments account for where the customer is the main account holder,
All credit card accounts (For primary cardholder only),
3.All subsequent statements and paper advice (if any) will be delivered to this new address.
My existing mailing address or phone number is a overseas address, how can I update my address?
As of now, you can do so by contacting your personal banker or CitiPhone Banking at 1588.
What should I do if I cannot update my phone numbers through Citibank Online?
As of now, you can do so by contacting your personal banker CitiPhone Banking at 1588.
How long will it take for my password to be changed?
The change of password will be instant and customer should use the new password form the next login.
Can I change my User ID?
Yes, you can change your User ID by signing on to Citibank Online Portal and visiting Services > My Profile > Change User ID.
How can I change my password?
To change password, please go to Citibank Online and follow these steps:
1. Select 'My Profile'
2. Then select 'Change Password'
3. You will be prompted to enter 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP). You can generate OTP using your Citi Mobile® Token, Online Security Device or via SMS.

How often can I change my password?
You can change your password as many times as you want.
When I reset my password can I use a password that was used earlier?
No, for security reasons, customers cannot use a password that was recently used to log in to Citibank Online.
What statements can I download from the Citibank Online?
You can download your banking account statement, credit card statement and Ready Credit statement.
How long will it take to retrieve the statement via Citibank Online?
The statement can be viewed and downloaded instantly from Citibank Online. You can print the statement using your personal printer.
For how long the statement will be available to view and download in the Citibank Online System?
Your statements will be available for 7 years in Citibank Online and past 1 year in Citi Mobile App.
Why is my credit card statement not consolidated?
If you have more than one credit card with Citibank and choose to view the statement of a particular card, the statement pages containing only the details and transactions of the card will be downloaded. To get the full consolidated statement you will have to download all the statement of all credit card account you have individually.
Why am I not able to download statement for some of my cards?
If you have just closed or reported card stolen, then the statement for those cards will be available up to 6 months only in Citibank Online platform.
What information will I be able to see in downloaded statement?
All the information that are available in the paper statement will be present in the statement downloaded from Citibank Online system. This includes Rewards balance, installment plans payment details, important messages, etc.
