CLUB MARRIOTT THAILAND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

Citigold customer will receive Club Marriott membership card within 60 days after they have maintained balance of THB 5 million and above for 2 consecutive months.

Customers must maintain Citigold status with balance of THB 5 million and above until the day that customers get membership card.

DINING BENEFITS

On presentation of the valid Club Marriott^TM membership card, the member is entitled to 30% off food and beverage bills for up to 20 persons when dining at any participating Marriott International hotels in Bangkok.
The dining benefit is not valid at A Bar Rooftop at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park.
The dining benefit is not valid for dim sum all you can eat at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel
Unless otherwise stated, members will enjoy 20% off food and beverage bills for up to 10 persons when dining at any other participating Marriott International hotels outside Bangkok and in Asia Pacific.
Members enjoy 20% off food and 15% off beverage for up to 10 persons when dining at participating hotels in Japan.
Members enjoy 15% off food and beverage bills up to 10 persons at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.
The dining benefit is valid for the total food and beverage bill while not valid for gratuities, taxation, service charge or tobacco products.

ACCOMMODATION

Club Marriott^TM members are eligible to receive a 20% off the Best Available Rate on weekends (Friday & Saturday) at participating Marriott International Hotels (7 days a week in participating hotels & resorts in Thailand) across the Asia Pacific region.
Reservations are to be made with the hotels reservation department directly by stating the intention of booking Club MarriottTM rate.
The discount is applicable for 1st room category only.
Limited to a maximum of 3 rooms per booking per night; not valid for group bookings.
Advance room reservations are required.
A valid Club Marriott^TM card must be presented upon check-in to qualify for the rate.
All accommodation benefits are subject to availability, not valid through periods of expected high occupancy. Black-out dates may apply. A minimum of three (3) days advance reservations is required.
All accommodation benefits are not valid in combination with other discounted offers, certificates, promotional packages, corporate rates and meeting packages.

CLUB MARRIOTT^TM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

Club Marriott^TM membership card is Non-Transferable and valid until the expiry date which is printed on the membership card and any member bonus certificates. The expiration date cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to the Club Marriott^TM office at +662 091 1001. An administration fee of THB 1,000 will be charged for a replacement membership card which will have the same expiry date as the original membership card. Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Any request for cancellation of membership must be made within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase of the membership. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of the membership fee unless all cards and membership materials including all certificates and the original invoice have been returned to the issuing agent. The membership fee will not be refunded if any of the certificates has been used. A cancellation fee of THB 1,000 per card/membership will be applied.
Club Marriott^TM membership card and certificates have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred for cash. They must be presented upon payment to redeem benefits.
The membership benefits cannot be used in combination with any other discounted offers and are subject to any applicable terms and conditions.
Requests for using the benefits must be made in advance, stating the intention to use the relevant benefits. All requests are subject to availability and other restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
The participating hotel and restaurant listings, membership benefits and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other Club Marriott^TM material may be subject to change without notice. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such changes through the Club Marriott^TM website, www.myclubmarriott.com.
Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for the Club Marriott^TM membership the member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agrees to be bound by them.
Marriott International reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time if it is suspected that there is any breach of these terms and conditions or the membership is being abused or operated fraudulently. Breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or abuse concerning Club Marriott^TM membership or usage of membership benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Marriott International.

In case you spend through various Citi Credit Cards, the cash rebate will be credited to your card with maximum spending amount at Starbucks Thailand. The cap for maximum cash rebate earned is defined by the card with the highest spending at Starbucks with the qualifying THB 300 spending for Citigold customer, THB 300 spending for Citigold Preferred customer and qualifying THB 500 spending for Citigold Elite customer. If multiple cards are used with equal amounts of spending, the cash rebate will be credited to your card depending on the following card type; Citi Ultima/ Citi Royal Orchid Plus/ Citi Prestige/ Citi Mercedes/ Citi Premier/ Citi Grab/ Citi Lazada/ Citi Rewards/ Citi Cash Back/ Citi Simplicity respectively.

Customers with total relationship balance of more than or equal to THB 5 Million but less than THB 10 Million will receive annual fee waiver on one Citi Prestige credit card for the 2nd year onwards after activating that card.
Customers with total relationship balance of THB 10 Million and above will receive annual fee waiver on a choice between Citi Prestige or Citi Royal Orchid Plus Preferred credit card for the first year after activating that card.
Customer must be qualified Citigold and maintain average total relationship balance of THB 5 Million and above for year round in order to receive annual fee waiver for that year.
