This privilege is eligible for Citigold Elite customer who has maintained an outstanding balance of THB 50 million and above.

  1. Citigold Elite customers will receive voucher up to THB 30,000 per year for booking hotels worldwide from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2021 and period of stay during 1 January 2021 until 31 March 2022.
  2. Any amendment or cancellation after 31 December 2020 is not applicable.
  3. The voucher amount of THB 30,000 will be deducted from the hotel booking. An extra amount from THB 30,000, customer has to pay for it with Citi credit card.
  4. Citigold Elite customers shall call Citigold 24-hour Customer Service Hotline 02-232-2400 in order to check the price and get the privilege.
  5. This benefit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and is not transferable to another person. The amount cannot be carried forward to the next year.
  6. If customer cancels the booking which the condition doesn’t allow to do so, Citibank will not revert the booking amount back for customer.
  7. Unused amount will be forfeited on the 31st December of each calendar year and cannot be carried forward to the next year.

     - Airport Limousine Service in Europe and United States imposes distance limitation.
  6. All booking is subject to availability.
  7. The customer shall book the Airport Limousine Service at least 5 working days prior to the customer’s arrival to or departure from the airport.
  8. The customer shall make any cancellation of the booking no less than 3 working days prior to the arrival or departure date.
  9. The customer can book limousine in advance not more than 2 month.
  10. The limousine quota cannot be transferred to next year.
  11. Should the customer wish to use the service out of the specific area or upgrade car type, customer is required to pay the excess fee by himself or herself.
  12. The booking of this privilege shall be made from Citigold 24-hour Customer Service Hotline 02-232-2400.

This privilege is eligible for Citigold customer who have maintained an outstanding balance of THB 5 million and above.

  1. Citigold customers will receive two complimentary visits per year at Mastercard Airport Experiences provided by LoungeKeyTM. However, Citigold customers can be accompanied by his/her guest but the number of complimentary visits of the Citigold customers will be deducted for 1 visit per 1 guest.
  2. Citigold customers may use the privileges 2 times at once in the event of bringing in accompanied guest.
  3. Lounge access fee of US $27 per person will be charged to your Citigold Debit Mastercard in the event that the customer uses the lounge more than 2 visits per year.
  4. To access participating lounges, Citigold customers must have at least US $27 in the bank account associated with the Mastercard for authorization purpose only.
  5. To access participating lounges, Citigold customers must present your card, together with your boarding pass, and identify yourself as a LoungeKey member.   2. The dining benefit is not valid at A Bar Rooftop at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park.
  3. The dining benefit is not valid for dim sum all you can eat at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, members will enjoy 20% off food and beverage bills for up to 10 persons when dining at any other participating Marriott International hotels outside Bangkok and in Asia Pacific.
  5. Members enjoy 20% off food and 15% off beverage for up to 10 persons when dining at participating hotels in Japan.

CLUB MARRIOTTTM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

  1. Club MarriottTM membership card is Non-Transferable and valid until the expiry date which is printed on the membership card and any member bonus certificates. The expiration date cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  2. Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to the Club MarriottTM office at +662 091 1001. An administration fee of THB 1,000 will be charged for a replacement membership card which will have the same expiry date as the original membership card. Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  3. Any request for cancellation of membership must be made within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase of the membership. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of the membership fee unless all cards and membership materials including all certificates and the original invoice have been returned to the issuing agent. The membership fee will not be refunded if any of the certificates has been used. A cancellation fee of THB 1,000 per card/membership will be applied.

CLUB MARRIOTTTM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

  1. Club MarriottTM membership card is Non-Transferable and valid until the expiry date which is printed on the membership card and any member bonus certificates. The expiration date cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  2. Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to the Club MarriottTM office at +662 091 1001. An administration fee of THB 1,000 will be charged for a replacement membership card which will have the same expiry date as the original membership card.
