Changing your Citi Credit Card type

Change your existing Citi credit card for even more benefit and pervileges that suit to you.

In case your existing card is Rewards Points, Mileage or Cash Back card and you would like to change to new card which is the different card type, please be reminded that your Rewards Points, Mileage or Cash Back balance won't be transfered to your new card type. You have to redeem all balance in your existing card before request to change the card type.
The annual fee and other fees will be changed to new rate according to your new card's rules including conditional fee waive and other conditions. The annual due date will remain the same.
If you have utility payments registered directly with service providers, please update your new card number with the service providers accordingly.

HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1 Download and complete the Upgrade Application Form
STEP 2 Attached all REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.only if higher credit line is required.
STEP 3 Send us both forms and all required documents to any SUBMISSION CHANNELS.Your card upgrade request will be effected within 3 business days after all documents are received.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The documents are required only if the upgrade card minimum income is higher than your income that you last updated to the bank.

SALARIED	SELF-EMPLOYED
Photocopy of Identification Card and certified true copy	Photocopy of Identification Card and certified true copy
Current month Payroll slip/salary certification letter	Photocopy of your company's valid registration and certified true copy
Variables income documents (such as over-time, commission, and bonus) updated for the last 6 months and/ or recent Tax Return Document and/ or Tax Computations Form	Bank Statement of Personal account (updated last 6 months) and the first page of the book bank (with your name) and certified true copy
Bank Statement of Personal account (updated last 3 months) and the first page of the book bank (with your name) and certified true copy	Photocopy of shareholder listed within 6 months and certified true copy in case you don’t have an authorized signatory for the company
	Bank Statement of personal account or Company account with OD (updated last 3 months) and certified true copy required if the new combined credit line allowance is higher than 1,000,000THB (Existing + New)

Payment period up to 55 days when you pay the minimum amount du (revolvers); and up to 45 days when you pay the outstanding balance in full (transactors).
Anual fee will be charged according to your annual fee month or cad open date. Please see the tails in the Annual Fee Table.
You credit line will remain te same. If you want to update your credit line, please submit your income documents along with the form to change your card type.
Suplementary cards will be automatically changed to new card type follow as the pimary card.
Previous fee paid is non-refundable for both primary and supplementary card.
In case your existion card is Rewards Points, Mileage or Cash Back card and you would like to change to new card which is the different card type, please be reminded that your Rewards Points, Mileage or Cash Back balance won't be transfered to your new card type. Rewards Points, Mileage or Cash Back earning rate/ redemption rate will be followed the new rate that belong to new card type. Cannot refer to the rate of the old card or deviate.
If you have utility payment registration directly with service providers, please update your new card number with the service providers accordingly.
