As a Citi Prestige Cardholder, we'll make sure you and your loved ones are covered in the event of the unexpected.
The coverage of Roadside Assistance Service is as followed:
- Emergency roadside repair.
- Emergency towing service.
- Gasoline refill service, up to 10 litre*.
*For gasoline refill service, The Bank reserves the right for incident that a car ran out of gas on the road only, not applicable for gasoline refill service at home/residence. The Bank reserves the right to charge actual cost of gasoline refill, if the incident found other than specified T&C above.
Home Assistance
Be away from home with peace of mind that we've got you covered.
The Coverage of Home Assistance Service is as follows:
- Electrical and Sanitary Repair Service
- Plumbing Assistance
- Locksmith Assistance
- Pets Control Assistance (Cover for bees, hornets, snakes, wasps, scorpions and centipedes)
- Air-conditioning Service
- Roof / Ceiling Repair Service (Leaking)
Home Assistance Service are limit 1 time/month and limit up to 2 times/year with maximum coverage of THB 2,000 per incident.

Whenever you charge full travel fares to your Citi Prestige Credit Card, you are automatically entitled to Travel Insurance as follows:
- Maximum THB 100,000 Insurance for Loss of Luggage.
- Maximum THB 40,000 for Flight delay or baggage delay.
