The Bank of Thailand has set up the Financial Consumer Protection Center (FCC) with the aims to handle queries or concerns pertaining financial products and services offered by the financial service providers under its supervision. In order to raise awareness and understanding of consumer rights and responsibility, the FCC also equips consumers with financial knowledge and consultancy services.
