Terms and Conditions

  1. The agreement on the payment of the utilities fee, the service fee through your Citibank credit card ("Card") or Citibank Ready Credit account shall become in effective upon your consent to such payment has been approved; provided that such approval shall require at least 30 days considering. During the waiting period of such approval, you will be responsible for the payment of the utilities fee, the service fee by yourself like normal.
  2. Customers who are eligible to enroll Citibank One Bill have to be registered under individual name.
  3. Citibank is only the payment channel. The transactions will be charged upon data sent by merchants who will be shown on your monthly statement. On your utility statement, our Citibank credit card will be also shown on your utility statement. If you do not receive your utility statement, please directly contact your utility merchant.
  4. If your utilities transactions are over than your credit limit, we have a right to reject those transactions, and you have to pay to your utilities merchant by cash.
  5. In the case that your signature in the consent is different from the one in the application or other documents to the bank or in the case that you request the service which the bank offers the service via phone or other means, this is not cancellation or your responsibility of payment to the banks for utility payment and service without any offences or enquiries to the bank or cooperation and refuse the service.
  6. If you have been changed your credit card numbers, all utilities will automatically move from our previous credit card to a new credit card numbers.
  7. If you have changed the utilities owner, please inform us in advance otherwise your utilities will continue charged on your credit card.
  8. Citibank has a right to cancel this service any time or if you would like to cancel this service. Please inform us within 30 days in advance via our Citiphone Banking 1588.
  9. This is a free service. If there is any change, we will inform you 30 days in advance.
  10. Once you have enrolled Citibank Onebill, it will automatically cancel your previous enrollment with other bank or payment services.
  11. If there are any utilities charged amount during card upgrade, those transactions will not be able to process. You have to pay those utilities transaction by cash. If any penalty charged upon the late payment, Citibank shall not be responsible on this matter.
  12. After the enrollment approval, we will inform you by letter or SMS. If you do not contact us within the notification period, similarly, you agree to comply with terms and conditions stated in the announcement.
  13. Neither Citibank has liability for providing any service relating to any insurance product and nor is an insurance broker. Citibank does not have any relationship with the insurance company. The insurance broker company is a company proposing the insurance product which Citibank thinks that such product is benefit to Citibank credit card members and/or Citibank Ready Credit account members. Citibank customers are entitled to deny or accept the offer directly to the insurance company through its insurance broker company. Citibank only provides facilities on payment process through credit cards and/or ready credit accounts for customers to the insurance broker company.
