Discontinuation of e-statement enrollment and disenrollment service

Effective from 8 March 2024, e-Statement enrollment and disenrollment service request will no longer be available via Citibank Online for your Citi Credit Card, Citi Ready Credit and Citibanking accounts. Rest assured that you can continue to view your e-Statements on the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank Online as usual if you have already subscribed for the service.

Electronic Statements (E-Statement)
Use Citi E-Statement service notification (free of charge) send directly to your registered email and enjoy ease of access to your Citi Credit Card, Citi Ready Credit and Banking accounts information by logging in to the Citi Mobile® app or Citibank online to view statement. For your convenience, your E-Statement will be in the same format as your paper statement you received and faster delivered within next business day of your statement cycle date.
