Citi Credit Card and Personal Loan bill payment channels

Payment of Citi Credit Cards, Citi Ready Credit and Citi Personal Loans can be made via various channels provided by Citibank.

Free payment channels at more than 10,000 locations across the country

Today, Citi Credit cardmembers can pay monthly credit card bills via various channels at more than 10,000 locations across the country. Customers can restore their full credit line immediately after the payment.

Citi

Counters* or CDM at Citi branches

Big C

Counters at Big C 610 locations across the country

Limit at 49,000 THB per transaction / 5 transactions per day

Remark: free payment channel at Big C will be in service until 31 August 2022

Tesco Lotus

Counters at Lotus's and Lotus's Go Fresh 1,828 locations across the country

1. Your credit line will be available immediately after payment is made by cash at Counter Service in 7-11, AIS and Telewiz shops with “mPAY Station” sign , and all Tesco Lotus branches. By using the below payment form with barcode or making payment through mPAY app .

2. Payment by Direct Debit instruction from your account at Citibank, Bank of Ayudhya, Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank or Siam Commercial Bank. The new enrollment to this service will be available until 31 January 2023.

3. Cash Payment at Post Office, Krung Thai bank and TMB Bank,by using this Payment form with barcode.

4. Cash and Check Payment over the counter of Bank of Ayudhya, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank or check mailed to Citibank by using this payment form. In case of check, please cross “a/c payee only” and make check payable to “Citibank Visa account number 4xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx” or “Citibank Mastercard account no 5xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx”. The maximum payment is subjected to each bank conditions.

5. Transfer Payment via electronic channels at ATM, Phone service or Internet at Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank,Krung Thai Bank,TMB Bank and Bank of Ayudhya.

6.Payment at Citibank Branch

6.1 Citibank Teller Counter: Cash & Check, during Tellers hours.

6.2 Cash Deposit Machine (CDM): Cash Only, 24 hours-Everyday.

Remark: The CDM at Citi branches will be in service until 5 January 2024.

6.3 Automate Teller Machine (ATM): Internal Transfer form Citibank Saving or Checking Account only, 24 hours-Everyday.

Remark: The ATM at Citi branches will be in service until 5 January 2024.

6.4 Check Acceptable Machine: Check only, 24 hours-Everyday (Clearing time: 1.00PM on weekday)

7. Transfer Payment via Internet, Citibank Online at www.citibank.co.th for those who have Checking or Savings account with us. You can pay for your own or third party credit card and the fund will be available immediately.

8. Transfer payment via CitiPhone Banking 1588 for those who have Checking or Savings account with us and the fund will be available immediately.

9. From 1 November 2023 onwards, mPAY Wallet for payment service via mPAY application, website and USSD will not be available. You can continue to make payment through mPAY counters and kiosks.

10. Bill payment services for Citi Credit Cards and Citi Ready Credit made through other banks’ channels will be discontinued as follows

- Effective from billing cycle date of 1 February 2024, scheduled payment instructions (direct debit service) will no longer be available. You will receive a billing statement for making payment via other payment channels instead.

- Effective from 1 April 2024, cheque payments will no longer be available.

You can continue to make bill payments via PromptPay or other payment agents including Thailand Post, Lotus’s, Counter Service, mPAY, and True Money kiosk.



Remark:

1. For Method 2-5, the fund will be available within 2 business days after the transaction date.

2. In case of payment at the charged channel, Payment service providers will be charging the service fee at the service point.

Free Payment Terms & Conditions:

*Bill payment fee at Citibank counter is exempted for Citigold, Citi Priority, Citi Ultima, Citi Prestige customers, and payment amount of 50,000 Baht or exceeding. Please note that cash transactions at counter will be unavailable at The Crystal branch and Central World Branch. You can withdraw or deposit cash from provided electronic machine at the branch.

** Limit 5 transactions per month include transaction at CP Fresh Mart, True Money Express, and True Money Kiosk at True Shop.

  1. Citibank reserves the right to change any of privileges without prior notice.
  2. Please check details and additional information by calling 1588 prior to using the service.
  3. Please use payment form with barcode only and always check the correctness after payment.
  4. In case of the payment at the charged channel, Payment service providers will charge for service fee at the service point.

Generic Terms & Conditions:

  1. Your credit line will be available immediately after cash payment via Counter Service at 7-Eleven shops, mPay stations eg. AIS and Telewiz shops, and Tesco Lotus branches nationwide, by completing the payment form with your barcode or payment through mPay service on your mobile phone device.
  2. Payment can be made via Direct Debit from your accounts at Citibank, Bank of Ayudhya, Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank or Siam Commercial Bank. Simply complete Direct Debit application form by download the form via “DOWNLOAD FORM” tab and submit to Citibank Address or Citibank branches and the credit line will be available within 2 business days after payment date.
  3. Cash Payment can be made at the Post Office, Krung Thai Bank and Thai Military Bank by completing the payment form with a barcode and the credit line will be available within 2 business days after payment date.
  4. You can make cash or check payments over the counter of Bank of Ayudhya, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank, or send checks via postal mail to Citibank by using the payment form. In the case of check payments, please cross "a/c payee only" and make checks payable to " Citibank Mastercard account no. 5XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX" or “Citibank Visa account no. 4XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX ". Your credit line will be available within 2 business days after payment date. (Remark: The maximum payment amount is dependant on payees' bank conditions.)
  5. Your credit line will be available 2 days post your transfer payment via electronic channels (ATM, Phone Service or Internet) at Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Thai Military Bank,and Bank of Ayudhya.
  6. Payment at Citibank Branch
    • Citibank Teller Counter: Cash & Check, during Teller hours.

  7. Customers who have checking and savings accounts with Citibank can transfer payment via Citibank Online at www.citibank.co.th. Payments can be made for the customers own account or a third party credit card, and the credit line will be available immediately.
