You can update your personal or contact details such as name-last name, telephone number, billing address, email address as well as perform card activation/de-activation, reset new ATM PIN or enroll/de-enroll for e-statement services promptly via Citi Mobile® App or log in to Citibank Online, anytime.
Therefore, we would like to stop taking your requests for the above activities via email, fax or letter from September 10, 2020 onwards. We hope you enjoy our seamless services using our Citi Mobile® App and Citibank Online. |
