As a Citi customer, you have the choice to be excluded from our mailing lists for marketing and promotional offers. Moreover, you also have the choice to withdraw consent for marketing activities under Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Should you choose not to receive marketing and promotional SMS messages or emails from us or would like to withdraw consent under PDPA, please submit an online request form by following steps below.

  1. Login to Citibank Online at http://www.citibank.co.th/login-en
  2. Go to Services > My profile


  3. Select menu Message > Compose from left navigation. Then click ‘Compose Message’


  4. Select a subject you want to opt-out: Unsubscribe from promotional SMS or email or PDPA consent withdrawal and submit the form.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • If you request to be opted-out from marketing and promotional SMS messages or emails, please allow 30 working days from the date we receive your request for it to take effect. You may still receive SMS or emails marketing and promotional messages for up to 30 working days from the date we receive your request.
  • If you would like to withdraw consent for marketing activities under PDPA, after we receive your request, our agent will contact or notify you on the progress as soon as possible.
  • You will continue to receive informational and non-marketing messages from the bank.
