1. Login to Citibank Online at http://www.citibank.co.th/login-en
   
2. Go to Services > My profile
   
   
   
3. Select menu Message > Compose from left navigation. Then click ‘Compose Message’
   
   
   
4. Select subject to unsubscribe and submit the form.
